Pecan Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 2 cup powder sugar
  • dash salt
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • combine butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until fluffy
  • add flour, and salt
  • stir in pecan
  • chill dough
  • roll into balls then powders sugar
  • bake at 350 for 10 - 15 min
  • when cookies are done but still warm roll into powdered sugar again
