Spicy Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  • cut floweretts from head of cauliflower
  • cook in steamer for 4-5 min or until desired tenderness
  • drain and remove to the side
  • add oil and garlic
  • cook for about 1 min
  • add paprika stir to combine
  • add cauliflower
  • stir to mix together
