Cardamon Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cardamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp mace
  • pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • soften margerine
  • add powdered sugar and then the egg
  • on piece of wax paper, combine flour and spices
  • roll out cookies.
  • bake at 350 for 10-15 min.

Notes

This cookie holds it's shape and design when cooked.
