Pecan Ballsl
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- dash salt
- 2 cup flour
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 egg
Instructions
- beat butter, sugar, vanilla, and egg until fluffy
- add flour and salt
- stir in pecans
- chill dough
- form into balls
- roll balls into powdered sugar
- place in parchment covered backing pan
- cook for 10 - 15 min at 350
- when cookies are done and still warm roll in powdered sugar again
