Lemon Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 quarts whole milk
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream 9
  • 9 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon extract
  • 3 cup sugar
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  • combine all ingredients
  • freeze in churn
  • place in freezer
