Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cup flour
  • 4 tbsp yeast (dry active)
  • 1 cup sugar or honey
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 12 cup flour

Instructions

  • mix the ingredients
  • knead 10 min
  • raise 1/2 hour (until doubled in size)
  • punch down
  • form the loaf (or rolls)
  • place on greased pan
  • raise 1/2 hour or (until doubled in size)
  • bake 1/2 hr at 400

Notes

recipe divides well 1/2 or 1/4
