Ingredients

  • 1/8 lbs frozen and thawed spinach
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 egg

Instructions

  • prepare spinach
  • sift flour and salt into large bowl
  • make a well in the center of flour
  • add eggs
  • add spinach and mix well to a stiff dough
  • turn dough onto lightly floured suface and knead 6 to 8 min.
  • roll out and cut into style of pasta
  • let stand 2 1/2 hours or until pasta is dry
