Green Pasta
Ingredients
- 1/8 lbs frozen and thawed spinach
- 3 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 egg
Instructions
- prepare spinach
- sift flour and salt into large bowl
- make a well in the center of flour
- add eggs
- add spinach and mix well to a stiff dough
- turn dough onto lightly floured suface and knead 6 to 8 min.
- roll out and cut into style of pasta
- let stand 2 1/2 hours or until pasta is dry
