Ingredients
- 1 egg plus 1 egg white
 - 2 tbsp whey protein powder unflavored
 - 1 tbsp psillium husk
 - 2 tbsp parmesan grated
 - 1 tsp baking powder
 - 1 pinch salt
 - 1 tbsp sugar substitute (erythritol) optional
 
Instructions
- combine all Ingredience and whisk together
 - pour into greased and parchment lined 5×5 dish
 - Microwave 1 1/2 min
 - Remove flip out onto cooling rack
 - We cut into 3 peices
