Ingredients

Potatoes

5 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1/2 cup milk
8 ounce cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp nutmeg ?

Topping

3/4 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup bacon crumbles

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350
beat all ingredients
put into 9 x 13 inch greased pan
sprinkle top with chease and bacon peices
bake for 30 min or until cheese is golden brown
